Snack-O-Saurus Rex TryaBox from Spin Master Games and Tryazon

We were so lucky to be chosen for the Spin Master Game Snack-O-Saurus Rex Tryabox from Tryazon!

As soon as the box came, my daughter could not wait to open it and try it out. She is a HUGE fan of dinosaurs and snacks! Ha ha! She also loves a board game so three of her favorite things in one was naturally a huge hit.

The game is super quick to set up. The board and pieces are all good quality and will stand up to lots of play. The dinosaur assembles easily and even a small child could do the set up on their own.

Game play is also very easy. You move your character around the circle attempting to collect a unknown snack on the space you land on and then a second snack by using the Snack-o-saurus Rex to knock over another character or catch a snack. The dino has a trigger on this back that extends the tongue. There is a magnet underneath and the snacks are also magnetic so they stick to the bottom of the tongue. With patience it's easy to collect a snack but a little harder to knock over a player as you need both speed and accuracy.

Game play is also really fast which is great for young children with short attention spans as it moves along without a lot of waiting and finishes fairly quickly as well. We were able to play several rounds much to my daughter's delight. All you have to do is collect two pairs of snacks and you're a winner!

When it's time to clean up, ever have a game that goes together then never seems to want to pop back apart and out fear of breaking it you just end up leaving it and therefore it never goes back in the box again and becomes a storage nightmare? That is the worst! Good news! Cleanup was also a cinch. The dinosaur also comes apart when you are done and all fits easily back in the box with room to spare.

If you are looking for a fun game to add to family game night with young children you can't go wrong with this one! It was a hit with our family and I'm sure it will be with yours.
